1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, the Photographer grants the purchaser (the “Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the image file for personal use only.

Permitted uses include:

2. Prohibited Uses
Licensee may not:

3. Ownership
The Photographer retains all copyright and ownership of the image. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

4. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.

5. Termination
Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of rights and may be subject to legal action.
