   Using the image in a digital photo frame or screensaver

2. Prohibited Uses
   Licensee may not:
   Sell, sublicense, or distribute the image
   Use the image for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes
   Post the image online (including social media) without written permission
   Remove any watermark, copyright notice, or signature
   Edit or create derivative works from the image

3. Ownership
   The Photographer retains all copyright and ownership of the image. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

4. No Refunds
   Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.

5. Termination
   Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of rights and may be subject to legal action.
